I hope to develope it into a Carp Fishing site (Carp Fishing UK), but wonder if there is any other value in it.

It used to belong to a charity..... and they used it as an acronym for Children's Fund UK, but other possibilities could be:

Christian Funding UK
Christian Faith UK
Charity Fund UK
Church Funds UK
Car Finance UK
ETC

I know it is a .net but it seems to work well with most of these. It could also be a typo of FCUK (French Connection UK)

Net and not immediately intuitive so needs developing in my opinion... UK related sites should benefit most from UK ext as well.
