have this domain wondering how much its worth before placing it for an auction. The comparable sales that I check at dnprices were pretty satisfying regarding the keywords leadership & training but want some suggestions. Thanks.

This is a nice domain. I'm sure it will get some interest at auction. Bear in mind though, a buyer at auction will likely be another domainer, who will need to make a profit on it later.

Personally I would not just wait for an offer. Either actively market it to potential end users (best way to make a bigger sale), or go to auction (having fully promoted the upcoming sale beforehand).
