We are trying to compete with Netzero, PeoplePC, and Netscape for $10/month dial up internet access. We offer unlimited dial up, 5 email accounts, free spam and virus protection, web accelerator, free live-person 24/7 tech support, and content filtering for a low price of $10/month.

We are looking for a good and talented web designer to develop a professional, trustworthy layout for one of our domain names. This site should match and/or exceed the quality of competing $10/month ISP's, while at the same time allowing easy and quick access via 56k Dial up download speeds. This site would need to be done ASAP.

An Update to this project:

We'd like our ISP site to replicate a site similar to http://www.getnetscape.com/ or http://www.apple.com as far as layout.

Simple, Clean, Center-Based, but at the same time, "Wow ... this service is CHEAP!".
