Layout Contest

I am looking for a layout with a professional look to it. I want the top to have a flash intro, if possible. Use the logo from www.thecomputershack.net. I need to have the links titled, forum, errors, and learn. I also need a location for user login and password. It would be preferable to have that at the right under the banner. I am going to pay the winner in NP$. As of right now I still owe 100 NP$ for my logo, but I am good for the money. If you want I could also pay in cash. The winner will get to negotiate his or her price. I want this layout to look catchy and semi-advanced. I don't want it to look like a begginners site. This contest will end Wednesday night. As of Thursday morning I will announce the winner. I will also advertise for the winners site!
