Try putting some content on the front page rather than just Google Ads. (BTW, sponsers is misspelt- It is 'sponsors' in both Proper and American English)
The navigation menu is a blue-grey, but when you hover over an item it goes pink- not a colour match at all.
The logo sticks out like a sore thumb as it does not fit the colour scheme of the rest of the site, and the font looks naff.
I would:
Increase home page content- which wil make the site look better, more useful for visitors and rank you higer on search results
Change the menu hover colour to something that compliments the base colour.
Update the logo ASAP- perhaps get whoever drew the icons underneath it to do the logo too
