Lawyerz.com (Advice needed)

Hi,

I'm hoping the fine brains at Namepros can offer me a bit of advice as to what i can do with this to make it stand out from the other legal sites out there.
I'm having around 100 articles and guides written, and was thinking of having a Q&A section where people can ask questions and qualified lawyers provide the answers.
Possibly a big section for law students.
Or maybe try and make it into a social type site for Lawyers.

So as you can see - i have a few ideas but no defined goal.
Any additional ideas or advice would be gratefully received.

Lawyers are more formal and you domain ends with a "z" :x

That is more of slang spelling

I'm not ready to give up on it yet though.
I think you're right in that i may not appeal to lawyers, but to people searching for information on law i think it may have potential.
So i'm still open to ideas.

Crazy Idea:

Register GhettoLawyer.com (it is available) and define your niche for the younger generation.....legal advice in a hip fashion.....make it acceptable and cool....large niche.

High paying keywords...legal, etc.

For serious, button down types, it won't work.

Lawyerz .. hmm ...

Definitely it could appeal to the younger generation mainly. Concentrate that the information provided appeals to them (answers their most frequent legal questions) - drunk driving advice etc (well I do not know quite well what those frequent questions are).

Try to make it in a easy to navigate, cool style, and for monetization I think you can provide a directory of lawyerz in the USA concentrating on the problems of the younger generation (well, again not really sure what they really are in the USA). Maybe drug consumption or ...

It is a nice name if marketed well.

It is not a typo. It is a "cool" way of pronouncing lawyers as lawyerz. Anyway huge marketing will be needed as there are less than 4k results in G for lawyerz. But it is brandable.

Now in all optimism, there might be one cool high-top wearing lawyer out there that would love this name! Maybe even do a split for it!

Thanks for the posts guys - i think you're right - the name isn't right for targeting legal professionals, but i really think there could be something there for the younger generation.

Put a bunch of lawyer jokes on there... Allow people to submit them to you, and give away a prize for the best joke of the week/month.
