The domain is a very good one but has the only problem that a site created at that domain would either have to be called LawSuits or the domain wouldn't be personalised for the site!

The keyword is good. But the question you need to ask is who is the target audience. Germans would use prozesse.de if they were looking for lawsuits.

Google results for "prozesse" (German pages) = 14 Million
Google results for "lawsuits" (German pages) = 137,000

DE Ovt for "Prozesse" = 2156
DE Ovt for "lawsuits" = 202

Value is difficult to say. Germans do love their .de
I'd say high $xx to low $xxx. :imho:
