there is some domains loose thier value if you regestred them on wrong extensions and that’s one of them …. I think there are only 5 or 6 extensions you can use them on this domain and the best one is .ai

I know that but the idea is to creat ai Agent that responds to people questions not to sell the domain to a lawyer + this is not a great domain that will sold for 100k$ or something i think i can sell it with 1k ( Atom estimated price is 20500$ btw)

In the US you would run into issues as you need to have a license to provide legal advice. Doing so and implying that said information is legal advice, which that domain implies, can cause liability (see lawsuits against legalzoom.com).

thanks for your advice i didn’t make deep research before i bought it ( when i saw it registered in 34 tld and all appraisals give me good estimations i thought he had a good chance) i’ll try to sell it on wholesale price and bought better domains
