i agree, if the site will be develop in a teen site "NON ADULT" then you wont have a problem but if your gonna sell it the i guess low $xx

Okay I will develop it in a teen site and keep it for sometime.

As I have paid for 1 year so iw ill utilize that $8 for this next 12 months. And will only think to sell it after that. When it will have some traffic and PR with it.
