So what do you think? I picked it up last week and was surprised to be able to get it. Although it's a .org, the name is broad enough to cover non-profit sites.

OVT shows 6315 for "las vegas convention", 9207 and for "las vegas convention center"

So what do you think it's worth? I'd like to develop it, but I'd rather sell it if I can get some money for it.

someone is offering you $500? surprising.

the reason i say so is because the overture score is probably showing you that #, but the majority of people search for the plural version (which overture doesn't break out).

sounds like a good price to me, i'd park it for a few days to doublecheck though...
