It's not very commercial as "last" doesn't make much sense with "courses". Think of the phrase "Last Courses" what does it mean? "Last" what?

You can replace the keyword "Last" with so many better ones. Also people tend to brand course websites.

I'd say very low 3 figures, and I think you'll struggle to sell given the plethora of alternatives. But good luck. Maybe let this go for 2 figures and invest in some better ones.
