Very specific market, the dashes kill it. Here is my reasoning behind my appraisal I'll give.

1 word = valuable, 2 word= maybe, 3 word - almost no value
dashes- cuts value by 90%
specific market, only valuble in las vegas.

Yuk! hyphens are not for me I'm afraid. Reg fee for me, but not everyone hates hyphens- apparently not important in terms of SEO, so there is a chance...

The dashes actually really help for SEO, so if someone searched for "las vegas hotel" you would be right up there, but of course you'd also have to aquire backlinks and develop it, but if you get some ads up there and optimize it for the SEs, I think it could do pretty well. Overture shows 643731 searches a month for "las vegas hotel."

While Hyphens are not popular with domainers and I am not suggesting people should go out and reg them just for resale I still think it has some value more than the reg fee ! I suggest you park at sedo and earn a few clicks while you decide what to do with it.

las-vegas-hotel.biz is for sale at sedo for $1,000, although this does not mean it will sell, yours is a better ext and it has 180 incoming links which means you should get a bit of traffic.

IMO las-vegas-hotel.com is good for seo purposes but not for development. The typical use for that kind of name would be in google adwords campaigns, to redirect to a main site.
Value: high $$ and more if put to active use.

I think the hyphen between Vegas and Hotel is not too harmful but the hyphen between Las and Vegas looks pretty odd.

my 2 cents - the value lies somewhere in between what most people have been saying... either reg fee or mid-XXX.

if it were las-vegas-hotels.com, I would say mid-XXX no problem, but because it suggests only one hotel and most places want their esablishment name in their URL, this missing 's' brings it down to high $XX.
