Flush with cash from my first-ever $xxxx .com sale, I just reg'd LargeScreens.tv & PlasmaScreens.tv. Granted, the singular forms are better, but I was still surprised to find these two waiting for someone to take them home! (BigScreens.tv was already gone ... perhaps to someone here?)

A twist: when I put LargeScreens.tv in my cart, GoDaddy offered me a package of LargeScreens.net/.biz/.info, all for $16. Seemed like a nice deal, especially since .infos are no longer cheap by themselves. Ordering three or more non-.tv domains also meant that all my whois privacy was free, instead of $1.95 per domain. And a coupon code took 10% off the whole shebang.

So ... do you think my new .tv domains have value? (I'm not looking for an exact appraisal, just a thumbs-up or thumbs-down, no hard feelings!) Thanks.

nice key words, plural kills it for me but i dont think you will lose out here...

If i owned, id look to bounce them quickly for a return, wouldnt sit on these as i dont think they will have too much fantastic long term value...

If I did have a chance to turn these domains over quickly, I might do so; but if not, I'm willing to carry them along for a while as .tv develops.

(Got a nibble at my FightingIrish.tv today, but he wasn't willing to meet my figure ... I'm happy to sit on it, think about ways to develop it, and watch its value rise!)

His "nibble" was a PM saying that he saw FightingIrish.tv in my signature and wondered how much I wanted for it. I named a figure (think low-mid xxx) and said I'd consider anything close to that.

He offered a list of domains for trade, but I told him they weren't what I was looking for. Haven't heard from him since then. (After his first nibble, I didn't get the hook far enough into him to reel him in.) :]
