Large Amounts Of Projects Need a Programmer:

I have bunch of projects from different clients and i'm having a hard time getting them all done quick enough. As i finish some, more come rolling-in.

I am looking for a qualified Web Programmer too outsource jobs too.

Requirements:
advanced HTML/XHTML
intermediate CSS
intermediate-advanced PHP
intermediate-advanced MYSQL

Addition: (having any of these boost my want for you)
JAVASCRIPT
AJAX
RUBY
and any other Web Development lanuguage or script knowledge and also familarity with various opensource and free scripts (for example phpbb - avarcade)
and paid script too (gs/gss vbulliten)

Payments are per project via paypal.
theres no guarentee of projects but i currently have 6 projects accumalating a total of $400.00 usd in profit.
all of which were ordered in the past 2 days.(i've been very busy)
