The site has been customized including a number of mods. I spent many hours re-skinning (including logo) and installing advanced mods.

The site is easy to maintain, 5 minutes a day (to check recent topics) however I have ignored the site the past couple of months or so, but the board has 1 other admin and 2 moderators who do their job well.

The site makes no revenue since I haven't displayed any ads, there is huge potential and the forum is always active as shown in the above screen shots.
