received an offer of $20,000 for the domain and site from a local advertising company. Before I accepted I wanted to post the domain name & site for sale here in case a domainers saw more value in it.

Revenue from advertisers: roughly $2,000 (billed yearly)

* I was taking care of my ill daughter in 2007 as well as going through divorce (life sucks sometimes) so the paid advertisers were not billed in 2007 but some have been on the site for 4 years so I don't see a problem with them renewing their advertising.

Located only 30 miles from Atlanta, Georgia, Lake Allatoona is situated on the Etowah River, a tributary of the Coosa River.
