"Kuril" in Russian means "he smoked/he has smoked"..
.org has no value in Russia
you really need to have KurilIslands.com/org for the purpose of marketing it as "Kuril-Islands-dispute-between-Japan-and-Russia-domain" - they are all taken but not used for anything in this respect as there's no demand..
