I think the verdict is still out on English word .jp names.

How much for registration?

Most Japanese speak English but what do they use on the internet?

Koi is a great word but when I played around with .jp I came up with better domains.

Can't give you a value cuz I'm not Japanese.

Thanks Dom, it was $75.00 at jp-domains. $99.00 at godaddy.

Only reason I reg'd it was because I read via other threads the .jp will be in high demand one day. Japanese koi fish are very popular, I grabbed it.

if you google koi fish there are many sellers of these popular fish. one of them might be interested in this name. good luck on selling it before rereg time.
