Hey I just reg'd this domain. I plan on developing it into a site, but would like to know the value of the domain anyhow. I'm guessing it'll be somewhere around reg fee, but it doesn't really matter to me, as it's going to be developed anyhow. Thanks for the appraisals

This could be the homepage of a network of work out sites? One for cardiovascular, one for the health of working out, one for locations to work out, etc.
It isn't too bad if you have a great idea for it. It has potential. The domain by itself would fetch low $xxx IMO, but if you find the right buyer you could earn mid $xxx I believe. But with development, who knows.
Nice domain, I would keep it though, and try developing a network of sites.
