brandable names that are not real words/word combos can not be apparaised imho - past sales comparison, traffic metrics, search figures make no sense with brandables
..really it's a matter of taste, it's all subjective just like music, paintings etc..
of course there are names that would look bad to anyone (speaking English) - something like "zozub" or "xagmu" kind of words despite they are still 5L and sort of pronounceable..
i would rather ask if the name looks/sounds good enough to be potentially considered "brandable" at all..
"how much could it sell for?" has no answer until you know who your buyer is - family coffee shop can not afford what big marketing firm would not even care to negotiate down..
..but you never know who would be interested. when asked you need to research who is asking - domainer on forum ($50 max), small web studio (tell them you want $1,000), major telecom (dont be shy to ask for anything north of $25,000)
if you can't find out what your buyer is ask whatever you 're comfortable with.. i'd feel good about low-mid xxx for this name - but it's NOT an appraisal, buyer may never show up or you may sell 100 times higher if you are lucky, there's no such a thing like "fair market value" for this type of names..imho
my 2 cents only....best
