I'm not sure how it happened, bur I recently landed probably one of the best domains I have ever stumbled upon..

As some of you must know, Kingdom Hearts is among the Top 10 best selling PS2 games of all time at #8, with Kingdom Hearts 2 sitting at #13

Here's the thing though...all major domains have been taken already, and in fact kingdomhearts.com, .net, and .org all belong to square enix itself and take you to the official site of the games...

.info and .us as far as I can tell are just parked...but I'm thinking about putting a site together for fans to come and check for updates on the progress of KH3.....or just sell it....not sure yet


and thoughts on whether its good or not?

Trademark infringement. Disney would throw a fit -- or a court order. This is worth 100% nothing IMO.

I had thought of that already in advance and did some research....

I am not quite sure how you can say they can't do anything. I am showing Disney owns two separate trademarks on Kingdom Hearts.

The only value of the domain has to do with the video game, and since Disney has a trademark, you will get a nice letter from them if you use the domain at all that has any relevance to the video game, guides, etc.

If it were me (and I own 50+ Disney domains), I would drop it.

I'm looking at the guidelines for trademarks...

I can run a site, just not one with certain things on it...like copyrighted material...ect...

There won't be any of that on it at all...

I'm not gonna be stupid about it that's for sure though
