reg, but as in so many cases with good concepts built into the name, perhaps the .net tld makes it less than premium. But why not develop it and get some content jitched to the traffic? Convert existing "nowehere" traffic to something. You might not get the Alexa top 100,000 site ranking but some hits might inspire a new buyer for a small premium that pays your costs.

Have to be a very easy site to publicize with one or two good articles and something to get a press release or direcotry of loan consolidation or other debt problem solving sites.

I don't think there is any reseller value in this domain, .org might have been better for a debt name.

The only real value will come from a very motivated end user, or developing it to gain traffic as it still focuses on some decent keywords and has one of the main extensions.

Yes but search engines don't just focus on the keywords in the domain and google results also don't give an great indiction of how much traffic you are going to get.

I think you should develop this domain, and can be developed to loan settlement and submit it as is the pagerank will automatically improve. Once developed sell it. It will get more value. As for now this domain would fetch mid xx$ to high xx$.
