You have to be careful regarding sites that provide automated estimates of domain names. Prices can be way too high for the domain being appraised. Sometimes they can provide you with an idea about the domain in question.

With regard to your appraisal question:

I have heard people use that phrase in "everyday speech," but in terms of a domain name, it is a little long. The domain by itself I would agree with previous posters that it is probably regfee.

However, if you are into developing the said name, there is no reason why you couldn't pull traffic to it and raise its value to $xxx or even $xxxx in the future.
