Personally, I see limited uses for this domain. Perhaps as a "Amber" alert style site. But it would require some heavy development and branding. Considering its a generic domain name, with potential, is where the value lies. But I dont think I would put it more than low x,xxx (perhaps 1k-2k to an end user if one could be found)

I concur. I would only see the .org as having any real value (unless you find someone who's hellbent on making an Amber Alert type site). Generic but limited to a niche that isn't really profitable. $500 undeveloped is a good guess, $1,000 at best.

So, easily about $3,xxx - $5,xxx for end-users.
Try contacting owners of other TLDs first.
