keyword24.com - Value?

Hi,

Do keyword24.com domains have any value? For example: solarenergy.com was sold for 1,6 mio $, i got the version with the 24 - does that domain have any value? How about other keywords - i found out that some names that were sold for 7 figures are still available in the 24 version.

Would like to hear your opinions.

I dont see any value in such domains... doesnt really make sense to me, 24 is just a number.

Check namebio for domains with 24 suffix, there is a lot $xxxx sales listed, this suffix is really popular in Germany

I wouldnt waste money buying these kind of names, there are too many keywords and too many things you could put after them such as Keyword24.com, Keyword360.com, Keyword247.com, Keyword123.com, KeywordABC.com, etc. As just a pure domain investment i think its not good and you would be holding it for years just waiting for an enduser to contact you and when they do you might still only get $1k if you are lucky. Before you know it you will have a massive portfolio of these kinds of domains and will get killed with renewal fees just waiting for an enduser to come around. If a company is interested in Keyword24.com and you want too much for it they can just add different numbers to the end of the keyword and get it for regfee, it wouldnt be something they just have to have and wouldnt get very much traffic. If you need to get a Keyword24 name for a development project then you could get one.

hongkong24
......

they are mostly news websites, radio ot tv networks.

24 can also mean, for shops: 24 hours openning (similar to 247) or towing and other services that are available 24/24

Yes it have value when it have the correct domain name otherwise don't waist your money.

I am sure there are some good domains that have 24 at the end, but I think there are better pastures to be had.

Unless you could get a nice brandable like Channel24.com

It depends if the name makes sense or not with the number 24, I have quite a few I wouldn't easily sell:

Writer24, Autoresponder24 , Pharmacies24, American24, ...
