I just want to get an idea of the value/search popularity metric. If a keyword on its own is getting 50,000 searches on average in Google and 18,000 last month, is that a hot keyword?

In what country ?
Is that an empty keyword or not ?
Is there a business possible ?
Many factors to consider before you can reply to that question

Thanks. In Portugal. Not empty. Business is very possible.

as far as i know, in portugal, internet is still as this begining, and i would answer Yes, those volume you reported are nice for portugal.
The best would be to have .pt tld domain, but , not so far ago, only local compagny was able to register .pt domain

Is that the EXACT or BROAD search volume...if its exact, I would say that is a

nice keyword.
