.tv [Keyword]channel.tv - Are people still regging these ??

Hi again guys and gals.

Been looking to add to my .tv portfolio, expecially with the great prices at GD.

I have come across a couple of channel.tv names that I think fit pretty well with the .tv extension, but was wondering if anyone here is still regging any [keyword]channel.tv names ??

I remember from before that a lot of members here were regging them earlier on, and was just wondering if they are still being snapped up ??

I dug deep found and regged NakedChannel.tv about a week or
so ago I like it! :p

I did find some other "keyword"channel names available,
still trying to decide on those ones though.
Development is my roadblock.

Im sure there are still some great ones out there though. I did buy a few Keyword/Station.TV names 2-3 days ago.

I like the channel.tv names but I have a feeling they are a buy and hold situation. I think they will be very popular in a year or two when .tv is more entrenched in the mainstream. my 2 cents CAD

I think they are a good overall, but I agree that they will be more of a long term investment, unless you are gonna develop.

I think it fits perfectly with the extension, and the OVT figures for "web cam" are over 400,000.

most of the KEYWORDchannel on my lists were bought by other namepros' domainers. at this point in time, I don't see endusers adopting as many as we are. But keeping in mind that many real TV channels use the KEYWORDchannel for branding, I'd say it is a smart move. especially if bought for only $10.

FWIW, most of the premiums on my hitlist have also been bought up as well... but noticing more endusers than usual... some for brand protection, some for ???

time will tell.

Let's hope. It is a possibility that everyone is registering these like crazy purely based on the whim that everyone else here is doing it. Once a really big sale comes through for KEYWORDchannel.tv it will disprove this point, but it still exists. I think it makes logical sense based on the keyword, say "autostation" or "careerchannel" vs. "Polyurethanechannel" or something of that nature and is worth investing in.

Think into the future on these.

1. A KeywordChannel names sells for big bucks
or
2. A keyword channel does extremely well in terms of traffic or revenue

It will increase the value of KeywordChannel names if the keyword fits the extension well.
