Should I renew,try to sell,develop (WP) or drop it?

In my opinion, it would make more an information site than anything else. Not product/service related, so not much commercial appeal.

Not a bad name .... marijuana growers use ozone generators and meters
in their grow rooms. This name kind of covers both those markets and
would work well with hydroponic equipment keywords.

Hydroponic(s) keywords are more acceptable and google adsense friendly.

In another direction is air quality standards industry services, monitoring,
enforcement, activism, R&D (Research and development) etc ... If you go
this rout I would get the "org" and point the "com" to it. If you haven't
targeted these markets for a sale or development I might keep
it one more year and give it a shot.

I use emma9 for a GD making the domains 7.67 i believe. It sure helps when your holding 150++ domains with GD
