I just bought this one and registered the .net at the same time. Any thoughts on value would be great so I know whether I was a little too enthusiastic at acquiring it.

Its a nice domain name, in fact there use to be a magazine for sale in the UK called Just Seventeen.

you have 2 ways to take the domain - one is a site for young adults who have just turned 18, maybe a forum or magazine style.

The other being an adult site.

Both potentially could make money and it is a nice name. Not sure of value, but definately somewhere in the $xxx region (perhaps more).

Yep, well, that would be me. At least it looks like I didn't waste my money. I'm relatively new to this and took a risk spending so much money but I have read on this forum that you have to take a risk occassionally to try and build up revenue to invest further.

I haven't owned the domain long enough to determine what the type-in traffic is like but at the time of buying this one I found that the .net was available. Within an hour of parking it at Sedo I had visitors (although no clicks), so I'm expecting a lot more from the .com

I also immediately thought of the UK girls magazine Just seventeen (younger sister, honest). I think the true value is in an adult venture however. Pm me if you want some ideas. Potentially high $xxxx, although difficult to ascertain exactly without any idea of traffic.
