bayneighbor seems like a domain specifically for the san francisco bay area, perhaps something like craigslist. I don't think it'd be worth much to a reseller but to an end-user, perhaps mid $xx.

NextDoorInc is not as good as nextdoor.com, which would be a company's primary choice if they were to get a domain under the name Next Door. high $xx
