had a look at the sedo listings page, there is no link between the two (one listing refering to another). so these offers most probably by a single person collecting <keyword>365.com domains, might be a reseller or a big end user company who want to draw up a site network ending with 365
in the second case the value of your 365 domains go up when few like that are developed into big sites

i think the offer is alright to go ahead, but if it is profitable in parking then ask for big money (thats my way, few days back i got a offer of $100 for one of mine and i asked for 1 digit more as it is profitable in parking as well, otherwise i would have sold it)
