Was a wine rating site I kinda let go for other projects, though it brought in $300 in 2 years adsense. The domain is what makes it big. It was once going to be listed on Great Domains for $15k but I wanted to hold off to see how things shaped up otherwise.

Anyhow, I was contacted today by a possible buyer. Any suggestions on pricing?

Google has 1,750,000 results for Pinot Grigio. For people who knows what Pinot Grigio is, this domain has a great value. I doubt there is really a market price for this domain, since it's like one of those art pieces that only experts would appreciate. I would suggest $xxxx but it may go much higher if the buyer has the intention of developing it.

If you don't sell it though, you may want to host it on a paid hosting, cause the GoDaddy ad just doesn't look good - nowadays paid hostings are so cheap that you can get a decent one for 10 bucks a year.

Since its .net, I'm assuming few things
* The buyer might have contacted the owner of .com to see if he could possibly buy it.
* Or, he might have liked your site and the traffic if you are getting any.
