domain Just Bought LateBid dot com

Hi Members

As per title I bought this domain yesterday (another impulse buy). I was thinking it was a perfect name for a penny auction or bid sniping software.
I would appreciate honest thoughts on this name. If anybody has domain tools pro could they check it out for me. It was owned before and all I can get is that fabulous dot com had some connection with it.

I had found that after I had bought the domain.
Any thoughts on the name itself ? Can you see any value in it or will I just add it to my bad experience pile the same as every domain I have bought so far

I suppose the longer you stay at it the bigger it gets. I thought I might have nailed it with a good two word domain that has been registered before. My thoughts were somebody seen value in it, so lets have that. But I know from other things, you cannot beat experience.
