Last week I decided to renew my domain name. But I noticed that option to pay using crypto is gone. I contacted a support from epik and they simply said to give them my PIN to help me. And... I think they froze my domain (.xyz). I can't unlock it, because I get an alert in browser saying "System error" and when I press "renew" button it redirects me to their "Register Domain Names" page. I guess my domain is gone now. 2fa was enabled, if it matters (google auth). This domain expires 06/16/2023 but now I can't do anything with it.
Interesting that in my message I said that I want to transfer my domain to another registrar and before I contacted, "renew" button worked just fine. Maybe a coincidence
