depends on the name and extension, and how it got its PR rank, and if it gets any type-ins

I would not buy or sell a domain on the strength or weakness of its PR. Its just one of many factors to be considered. A high PR does not always translate into traffic and revenue.

PR can be manipulated so you need more metrics. OVT, NAME!!, length, extension, type-in traffic, Search Engine traffic (not just google) etc...

PR doesn't effect the value of a domain too much, and there's no set pricing scheme. Price depends on many factors, and when selling developed sites, it mainly comes down to traffic and revenue
