Am I lucky?
Am I lucky?

Then you are getting idiot responses at the other forums. Everyone here is right. This domain makes no sense.greatwebss said:This domain is appraised by many forums @ xxx.
2003 join date and you are still quoting estibot? It's fun to play around with, but come on...greatwebss said:Estibot appraisal for $440.Click to view
greatwebss said:Hi,
Everybody know the domain value is what the buyer is paying max for that domain.
My first ever domain Rushh.com was appraised for reg fee to $25 max in various places. But I sold it for $1200 ! I didn't market it much. Rushh.com was purchased by a energy drink company in 2003 (Like coke / pepsi) ! Can you believe?
Here why I mention is to utilize the appraisal idea - Potential domain or keyword or some thing that increased the opportunity.
I understand the NP appraisals are better than the automated.
For an example ExHusband.org is my domain in auction.
Estibot appraised for $30. NP appraisered for upto mid xxx.
I put in auction & the auction is going good with more bids / PM offers.
So I don't completely agree or disagree with the appriasals.
But this increases the chance to discover new ideas to increase the marketability of the domain. Thats what I tried many appraisals & discussing that.
Please post your suggestions if I'm right or wrong also

Yes, appraisals are good to get a baseline or general idea of what others think. Yes anyone can sell any domain & make a great sale if they find the right individual / end user.
Sure there are people that under value / over value domain names every day. All that it takes is a person with the right idea & creativity.
Some domainers are really good salesmen & can be more successful at selling lower quality domains than others. Presentation & other promotional tactics can have a big influence on a domain names desirability.
....Now as far as OnlyPayments.com With proper development you could increase the value of this name. If a company like google or yahoo used a domain like this it would turn to GOLD. In no time you would see people registering & pushing domains like OnlyCars.com, OnlyKeyword.com etc
I am suggesting here that ONLY is not that desirable of a prefix in front of a keyword. I think most end users would prefer something that makes more sense like FastPayments.com or EasyPayments.com or something along those lines.
There is also a lot of luck involved etc when buying / selling domain names.
Do I think you can get your money back or a *small profit on this name? I do not see why not. You saw enough in this name to register it & I am sure there is someone else that might like it as well.
If you are wanting to sell this name for a huge profit it is going to difficult compared to other domains that are out there. Why pay $xxx for this domain when you can buy a better for low $xxxx or something.
hopefully this helps you.
