Jsp - Linux or windows?

to run .jsp on my server do i need to put it on my linux or windows hosting?

i currently have it on my linux under:

http://www.mpognetwork.com

but for some reason i am just getting a page of text?

You need to install Tomcat on your Linux/Windows box to use JSP pages.
