Good or bad investment?... dependent on Domain??

VERY dependant on the specific domain ... and if they're suitable to an entity from Japan, as well. Generally speaking, they are not a good investment for the Reseller space, IMHO. It would be possible, however, to locate an relevant End user lead ... background with Japanese culture, business, language, and acumen would be very beneficial, I would imagine.
