Let's discuss about these ccTLDs, which one do you think that still and will always be the best investment? Do you invest on one of them?

".JP / .CC / .IN / .DE"

.de
.jp
by far, and then

.in
.cc

There is a residency restriction for .jp registrations, but some registrars allow you to use their address to satisfy that requirement.

.jp (and .co.jp) are the most used extensions in Japan. I can't see either .in or .cc coming close in terms of usage - (82MM pages for .jp versus 15MM and 10MM for .in and .cc, respectively).

Well,
.CC is gaining popularity.

beauty.cc - sold for $1,000,000
cc.cc - sold for $70,000
Astalavista.cc - Sold for $3,700
99.cc - Sold for $7,899
Software.cc - Sold for $12,500 (Sold at NamePros) :)

I think .cc is better than .in
