Let's discuss about these ccTLDs, which one do you think that still and will always be the best investment? Do you invest on one of them?

There is a residency restriction for .jp registrations, but some registrars allow you to use their address to satisfy that requirement.

.jp (and .co.jp) are the most used extensions in Japan. I can't see either .in or .cc coming close in terms of usage - (82MM pages for .jp versus 15MM and 10MM for .in and .cc, respectively).
