Anyone knows where it is the cheapest to register a domain under .jp and/or .cn?

The pages has to be in English.
I've tried to find a cheap place but it seems really hard...

can you even register a .jp without having a permanent presence in japan? i wanted one, but couldnt figure out a way to do it easily.

well, godaddy sells .jp for $99.95

I have found some luck finding .jp domain name registrations. You can check out http://www.idotz.net/ which offers .jp domains for $89.95/year. Not to bad of a price compared to the ones above. You can also purchase .cn domains there for $34.95/year. Hope that helps for those that were looking.

thanks, but $75 would be cheaper? it even seems like it 'only' costs $60, after you've bought the first one for $75, at www.jp-domains.com
