Journeys.in and topproperty.in are the best out of the bunch

Lots of nice hacks for journeys.in - would make a great name for a holiday review site, Journeys.in/France - Journeys.in/Germany etc etc - high $xx to low $xxx end user would probably pay the low $xxx.

TopProperty.in is good for a property site also, low to mid $xx reseller but high $xx to low $xxx for enduser if you find a good one.

I like legislature.in .... I registered the council.co.in and committee.co.in a month back and I have seen some traffic on these names with almost no clicks...Seems to show potential buyers surfing thse kinds of domains...

About legislature.in Low XX now....But will be a worth 4-5 times reg fee or lot more in a couple of years.

Agree with the guys above. Those two are your best ones. Hang on to them for 3-5 years to see a good ROI.

In fact TopProperty.in would be worth developing straightaway.

The others are worth less than reg fee, btw Lesbian is spelt with an 's' not a 'z'.

Perhaps it was a deleberate typo? not that replacing s with a z is a typo imho.

I don't see many typo .ins being worth much just now tbh, typo .ins just aren't popular enough just now, but give it some time and perhaps it will catch on.

Maybe. I just can't stand typo names fullstop. Maybe they do have value, but it's lazy value, in my arrogantly humble opinion. On the India extensions, typos have no value whatsoever, maybe in ten years yes, but not right now. Money is better spent on other much better names which make optimum use of time and money invested.

I agree completely, but there is money to be had in .in but just not in typos. I've never been interested in typos really, lazy and uninventive as you said, there are still great names to be hand regd out there, just a matter of finding the right ones.

I was actually trying to figure out the best possible development concept for topproperty.in. I have a few other good real estate .ins which can go really well with this.
