I think the keyword is nice but I don't think it suits the .org extension so well. Still I reckon it could fetch mid $xxx reseller and high $xxx to low $x,xxx to an interested end user. Could be used for informative websites about comedians, stand-ups etc. Also the name of a famous villain from Batman, which has made it an even more popular phrase and has given it much more search volume.

I actually think it does suit the .org extension. Of course, com is better (but when isn't it?). Joker is a pretty common word, and you wouldn't think a Joker would be commercial, therefore I think .org is good. I think you should get at least low $xxxx for it.

Most end users associate .org with non-profit organizations or charity. This is why I think that common words like Joker don't sell as well in .org.

comeon! even if its a dot org, the word "joker" is an awesome one.
i think you should develop a site on it. then sell it instead of just selling the domain. websites dont matter if its .org , .net or .com . i have seen sites with .info with much high traffic too

Development is the solution for almost all the type of domains. You can develop a good website and generate high traffic even on random letters and unknown tlds domains.
