Only if an end-user has some sort of organization that needs membership. I think this could be a great name but it's heavily dependent on finding the right end user with the needs for something like this. Or if you develop some sort of turnkey system for providing membership capabilities to organizations, I think that would work too.

Might be lucky with n end-user but I doubt it. The domain has no resale value.

i think finding an end user is not the problem with this, asking for a large amount of money would be. There are tons of political and save the would orginaztions that could use a name like this. Goodluck
