Well, johnnycarson.com is regg'd (probably by Johnny Carson himself). If you make a fan website, you would have to put a lot of work into advertising and marketing. Then, hopefully you will be in position 2 for google search "johnny carson". THEN the domain would be worth something.

generally a .net domain is good for a fan site, so this I would say is worth maybe $10-12 since it's a .info.

Develop it and you could make a lot from adsense (if this guy is popular. personally I've never heard of him)

Yeah, not the best known person for a fansite! Little or no value undeveloped. Make a mini-site and get the adsense working for you.
