Job Listings Script

This is going to sound a bit demanding, but I need a job listings script that is similar to krop, hotjobs, or monster.com. I need something PHP, open source, with good documentation and support. It should also be widely adopted and highly customizable.

Any suggestions?

why not install WordPress and use the WP IJobs Plugin?
