Review php script

Hi guys,

The story is simple. I'm looking for a nice review site script. Most of my sites are based on open source ware so and open source stuff would be great. I know there are solutions for Joomla for example but support for them seem shady, no upgrades for major Joomla changes included etc.

It can be a stand alone script or Joomla integration. (for stand alone I'm pretty good at css html so i can customise the look no prob)

You can make your own in under an hour. That's probably the best solution because it can be exactly the way you want it. I'll help you if you like.

I have the basis for the script (mosets tree for Joomla) but the review writing and tagging system is not really up to par in that component. If you could help me tweak it just a bit it would be great. From what I understand you must be wicked at php and all thats awsome.

I'm just thinking now there is a solution for joomla called jReviews http://www.reviewsforjoomla.com/. Could you have a look at it and tell me if it's worth getting? If so the 80 bucks it costs will save a lot of trouble.
