JLP Design - Feedback

This is the current design i am using on JLP Web Solutions.
Although it is clean and has the professional look that i wanted, i have decided to re-design JLP and come up with something more creative and unique.

Anyway, i would like to know what you think on this design.

The colours are chosen well but the design is too simple...
