Many people have written regarding domain name issues and copyright/trademark law. This site is allowed to use the "paypalsucks.com" and "nopaypal.com" domains (and others) because it's free speech and there are exceptions to the trademark/copyright laws that allow for such use. (Satire, parody, criticism, news gathering & social commentary value, etc.)

 

I think these guys made mistake when they made shirts for sale with his name. They would have been safe if they stayed not for profit.

One's hatred or dissatisfaction for a particular product or service should never define the intention to register a name that infringe ones character, product, or idea. Someone who doesn't know of my existence and probably be enjoying his $75,000+ in no distant time. Perhaps if such domain dispute wasn't posted here maybe or maybe not will I want to look him up.

How can anyone hate Jim Cornette? the man is a god. Its weird I was just binging on a lot of his shoots about a week ago. He was so entertaining when I was a kid, and he tells the best stories now.
