is this a Template monster? just asking cause i saw one like this a travel agency one. I love the colors they are so smooth and easy on the eyes.

The header looks incomplete, maybe a border or a gradient looks missing. Nice blue color combination, I like the colors. Button rollover effect will be much better. Once more, nice background and it's a good blue layout. Keep up your work!
