In this video, Jesse Tinsley, the founder of Recruiter.com, shares his journey of building a $250 million business from scratch by acquiring premium domain names. He discusses the importance of acquiring premium domains like Recruiter.com, Employ.com, and Employer.com, and how they have helped him build a successful business. He also shares his experience of acquiring a publicly traded company and the challenges he faced during the process. Additionally, he provides advice to aspiring entrepreneurs on how to build a successful business by acquiring premium domain names and leveraging them strategically.
  • Why did Jesse Tinsley spend $9.2M on a premium domain name? ($9.2M is a bit of an exaggeration. They actually paid closer to $450k cash down but the deal structure could make it up to a $9.2M purchase)
  • How can creative deal structuring help you acquire businesses with little upfront cost?
  • What are the advantages of owning strong domains like employer.com or recruiter.com?
  • How do you create value through unconventional acquisitions and roll-ups?
  • What industries does Jesse see as the biggest opportunities for the future?

Not sure he is talking about Employ.com. I think it's the valued structure on Employer.com.

It's interesting the description is different on the video now from what you posted. I wonder if Nik screwed up. He does not own Employ.com
